Chinese Smartphone maker Xiaomi will launch the Redmi 6 Series phones including Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 Pro at an event on September 5 in India, and meanwhile the company teased the presence of the dual 4G VoLTE feature in them.
Xiaomi however hasn’t revealed the names of these smartphones apart from the 6 series. Xiaomi India tweeted, “Dual VoLTE’s HD quality” followed by “Ab high-speed video data performance ki full-on guarantee.”
So the Redmi 6 series phones will come with dual 4G VoLTE support on both the SIM cards. This feature was not present in previous Xiaomi phones. Redmi 6 series smartphones were launched in home market China in June, but Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A Indian variants will feature Qualcomm SoCs instead of the MediaTek processors that are in China variants.
